How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking details of your order. You will be able to track your order from thereon. If you haven’t received a tracking email after 2-3 business days, please check your spam folder. If still not received, get in touch with us via contact form.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Erheer accepts payment via PayPal, credit or debit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Regular delivery timeframes - Australia Regular orders: 2-7 business days for delivery after order is processed. Express orders: 2-4 business days for delivery after order is processed.

New Zealand Regular orders: 10-20 business days for delivery.

Please note that due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us immediately via contact form. Include all your details like your order number, email id, contact no. and the preferred address.

The more information you give us, the sooner we can try and change your information. Make sure you choose ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the form.

If you email us with a change of shipping address please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched, so be as careful as possible to provide the correct information when placing your order.
