Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!". We do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know..

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns on unworn orders placed within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Footwear should be returned unmarked and in original undamaged packaging. Please include any additional accessories (e.g. dust bags / original shoe box) sent as a part of the order. The soles must not show any signs of wear. (We recommend you try on a carpeted/soft surface, to ensure the soles remain unmarked).

Erheer will bear the returns cost if you paid for the shipping while placing the order. If you purchased the order as a Free Shipping order as a part of a promotion, the cost of return would be borne by you.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on worn products. If a worn product is returned, the customer will have to bear the cost of getting the product back.

The products are photographed with accuracy. Our shoes are handcrafted and hand-embroidered and each pair is unique which means the pair received may not be exactly the same as in the photo. Colour and finish of each pair will vary from the images which reflect the handmade nature of the brand. Embroidery and embellishments are delicate and may fall off with wear and tear.

Returns (during Sale Period)

Any items purchased during sales are not eligible for Free returns, if you’d like to return the item, the cost of return will be borne by you.

To initiate your return:

Email us at team@erheer.com.au with your contact details, order no. and a note about why you’re returning the item(s). We will get in touch with you to advise on returning the item. The cost of return will be borne by the sender.

Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.

If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer any exchanges. If you’d like to try a different size, please return your previous order and place another order for the new size.
